Richard Sater, MD, PhD
Dr. Sater earned his MD and PhD degrees from Duke University in Durham, NC. He completed his residency in neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA where he also received fellowship training in neuroimmunology and neuromuscular medicine.
He is board certified in clinical neurophysiology, neuroimaging, neurology, pain medicine and sleep medicine. Dr. Sater specialized in multiple sclerosis and is co-chair of the Healthcare Advisory Committee for the Greater Carolina Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
